The experience of running a business in Vanuatu deserves to be heard. Pacific Development Consulting has been selected to conduct the 2026 Enterprise Survey in Vanuatu, gathering evidence that can help build a stronger environment for businesses to grow.

The World Bank survey will ask business leaders about their day-to-day experiences, including access to finance, infrastructure, competition, and business performance. It targets eligible businesses across manufacturing and services. Some businesses surveyed previously will be invited to participate again, helping Pacific Development understand how conditions have changed over time.

Reliable evidence starts with listening carefully. Pacific Development will train its interviewers, check the quality of survey responses, and protect the information businesses share. This careful approach, together with Pacific Development’s local knowledge, is how we earn the trust of clients and participants.

The findings will support informed discussion about the barriers businesses face and the reforms that could help them succeed.
