About Lindley
Lindley is an experienced corporate advisor and has worked on numerous private and public M&A and corporate transactions in the food/agri, services, environment, technology, education sectors and digitization. Her work involves merger, acquisition, divestment, fund raising, licensing, strategic consulting, distribution and joint ventures. Since the mid 90’s Lindley has been very active in Asean, North Asia, the US and Europe undertaking cross border corporate transactions as well as focusing on social impact work. Over the past ten years Lindley has also worked in the Pacific region. Lindley is also the Group Managing Director of AFG Venture Group (www.afgventuregroup.com) and its various subsidiaries.
Lindley consults to various organizations which includes projects undertaken in the not for profit sector, government and NGO initiatives and public and private company ventures. Her consulting work involves reviews, strategy, transformation and project initiation frameworks.
Lindley holds a PhD in Philosophy as well as two undergraduate degrees one in Accounting and the other in Banking and Finance. She also holds several post graduate qualifications in Corporate Governance, Technology Strategy and Digitization. She also has undertaken various Financial Services regulatory courses. She is a Senior Fellow of FINSIA, the Australian Financial Services Industry body, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Sciences in London.
Lindley has been a state finalist in the Telstra Business Women's awards for Private Sector less than 100 employees. In the year 2000 Lindley was admitted to the Australian Businesswomen’s Hall of Fame. Lindley is also a non-executive director of various organizations Australian and International, that are focused on education, digitization, fintech and infrastructure.
