Graham Walker has over 40 years experience as a senior economic advisor and project manager with particular expertise in regional development, trade facilitation, transport planning, institutional development, training  and multi-country cooperation. He has worked for the Asian Development Bank, DfID, the European Commission, the United Nations Development Programme and the World Bank and has managed projects in Africa, Eastern and Central Europe, Central Asia, Lain America, the Far East and the Middle East. He worked for the British Government in the Solomon Islands.
